How much does credit repair cost in Arizona?

Imperial Ethics Credit Repair charges $97 per negative item successfully removed, priced per credit bureau, plus a one-time $97 credit analysis billed only after the completed analysis is delivered. Late payment and credit inquiry removals are free. You are never billed for more than 8 removals. A free DIY credit repair kit is also available.

Do I pay if nothing is removed?

No. You only pay when we win. If disputes are filed and nothing is removed, you are not billed for removals. Federal law also prohibits a credit repair organization from charging before services are performed.

Is there a limit to what I can be charged?

Yes. Whether Imperial Ethics deletes 8 items or 50, you will never pay for more than 8 removals.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Removals can be paid over time in monthly payments rather than all at once.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There is no contract lock-in and no cancellation fee. You can stop at any point and will only owe for work already completed.

How long does credit repair take?

Give the process at least 3 months to see progress. The full transformation averages 6 to 8 months. Credit bureaus have 30 days to answer each dispute, so the work moves in rounds. Legally, no credit repair company can guarantee a result.

How many points will my credit score go up?

A reliable number is not available before the report is read. It depends on what comes off, how recent it is, and what else is on the file. At your credit analysis Imperial Ethics will tell you which items look disputable and what removing them would plausibly change.

Can credit repair help me qualify for a mortgage?

Lenders price your loan off your credit score, so removing inaccurate derogatory items can be the difference between a denial and an approval, or between two very different interest rates. Imperial Ethics also connects clients with Valley Realtors and mortgage loan officers once the file is ready.

What items can be disputed or removed?

Incorrect personal information, late payments, charge-offs, collections, bankruptcies, repossessions, student loans and duplicate reporting. Imperial Ethics does not dispute child support accounts.

Can you remove accurate negative items?

No. Accurate, current, verifiable accounts stay until they age off, seven years for most derogatory marks and ten years for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. What can be challenged is information that is inaccurate, duplicated, unverified or reported in violation of federal law.

What is a credit reporting violation?

A credit reporting violation is when a creditor, collector or credit bureau reports your account in a way the law does not allow: reporting a debt they cannot verify, re-aging an old account, ignoring a dispute, or continuing to report information after being told it is wrong. When Imperial Ethics finds one, partner attorneys can pursue it at no out-of-pocket cost to the client.

What is the Fair Credit Reporting Act?

The Fair Credit Reporting Act is the federal law governing how credit information is collected and reported. Under 15 U.S.C. 1681i you have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report, and the bureau must investigate, normally within 30 days, and correct or delete what it cannot verify.

Can I repair my credit myself?

Will checking my own credit lower my score?

No. Checking your own credit report is a soft inquiry and has zero impact on your credit score, no matter how many times you check it. Filing a dispute does not lower your score either.

What is the difference between credit repair and debt consolidation?

Credit repair fixes errors on your credit report to improve your score and credit profile. Debt consolidation combines multiple debts into a single new loan or payment program, which changes how much you owe and to whom. Credit repair addresses what is reported; consolidation addresses what is owed.

Do you charge for identity theft repair?

No. Identity theft repair is free for Imperial Ethics Credit Repair clients in Glendale, Arizona. You did not cause the fraud, so it is not billed to you. The paid results-based program covers ordinary negative items at $97 per successful removal, capped at eight removals; identity theft work sits outside it entirely. If identity theft is found during a Credit Blueprint, that $97 fee is waived.
