Legal Advocacy & Enforcement

We specialize in identifying legal violations that often go unnoticed. Once certain violations are found, my attorney network and I take over the entire process for you. We have seen some of our clients receive settlements! This is at no out of pocket cost! (Legal services are provided by independent partner law firms. Compensation is not guaranteed and depends on the specific facts of each case).

Consumer Law Attorneys

Attorneys typically charge $300 or more per hour, but through our partnership there is no out of pocket cost to you. If qualifying violations are found on your credit report, our attorneys step in to advocate on your behalf. In those cases, legal fees are paid by the creditor or credit bureau, and in some situations clients may also be entitled to compensation.

Compliance First

We go above and beyond to ensure our company stays strictly compliant with all federal and state laws. To protect our consumers and adhere to the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), we do not conduct sales calls over the phone. This includes both inbound and outbound inquiries. Our dedicated phone line is reserved exclusively for current clients to ensure they receive premium customer support. One Expert-One File

When you join Imperial Ethics, your credit file is never passed off to a different department or an outside processor. As the owner, I personally handle every file from start to finish. This ensures that the person you have been in contact with is the same person doing the work. I believe that true results require personal accountability, which is why I oversee every detail of your journey myself.
