Why Arizona Clients Need All Three Credit Reports

Equifax, Experian and TransUnion are separate companies keeping separate records. An account can be reported correctly on one and wrongly on the other two, and a lender may pull whichever bureau you have never looked at. Reviewing all three side by side is the only way to see the whole picture, and comparing them is often how an error reveals itself: the same account showing different balances, different dates or different statuses across bureaus.
Credit monitoring also keeps the file current while disputes are running. Bureaus have 30 days to answer each dispute, and changes show up in your monitoring before any letter reaches your mailbox. That is how we track what came off, what was corrected, and what needs a second round.

Does Pulling My Own Report Hurt My Credit?

No. Checking your own credit report is considered a “soft inquiry.” It has zero impact on your credit score, no matter how many times you check it.
